Anzol+ valorisation referential
The current referential is intended to define the conditions that a small-scale fishery must meet in order to present the product to the consumer in a differentiated way. In this case, this assessment refers to fishery products caught by vessels using hand operated pole-and-lines and set longline, within a partial zone of the Berlengas Biosphere Reserve area (UNESCO), bounded by the Berlengas Natural Reserve limits.
